Customers and businesses
Customer mode: Explore, Favorites, Bookings, and Waitlist.
Business mode: Calendar, Schedule, Customers, and Services, plus Settings for hours, team, and payments.
Staff join one business from an invite, then use Calendar and the tools the owner granted.
Plans and policies
Customers can use Tor for free. Business management tools require an active subscription and include a 14-day trial.
Tor is built for iOS and Android in Hebrew and English, including a complete right-to-left experience. Contact us for current availability.
Check the cancellation policy, the time, the professional, and whether payment is due in the app or at the business.
Getting bookings
Publish the profile, hours, and services. Customers book from Explore, or you add the appointment in the calendar.
Each service has its own price. Deposits and online pay are optional, set by the business.
Leave a waitlist from Requests. Cancel a booking from Bookings, subject to the business policy.
Waitlist
Open Waitlist, pick the business and service, and join. If a time opens, you get a short offer to claim it.
Waitlist offers last about 15 minutes. If nobody claims the slot, it expires.
Open Bookings, pick the appointment, and follow the cancel or reschedule steps shown there.
Account
Login and security live in Settings. Help covers sign-in, phone verification, and how to recover access.
Cancellations follow the business policy shown at booking. Fees, if any, are in that policy and in Settings.
Use Contact or Help. For account deletion, open Settings in the app or the account deletion page on this site.
App and support
Tor is a mobile app, not an SDK. Staff join with an invite link. Customers book in the app.
Help has guides for account, bookings, the business workspace, payments, and hours. Contact support if a guide does not cover it.
There is no public forum. Product questions go to Help or Contact.
