Terms of Service

Updated September 3, 2026

Tor is provided from Israel at https://www.tor.co.il. These terms govern access to and use of Tor. By using the services, you agree to these terms. Tor provides software for service businesses to manage appointments, calendars, customers, teams, services, payments, and operational communications.

If you use Tor on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You are responsible for accurate account details, protecting sign-in credentials, activity under the account, and information entered by you or your authorized users.

2. Using the services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the services as a customer, a business owner, or invited staff, subject to these terms.

Tor helps organize business activity. It does not operate your business, guarantee that customers attend appointments, replace professional advice, or make business decisions for you.

3. Customer, team, and business data

You must have the rights, permissions, notices, and lawful basis required to enter or use personal information in Tor, including information about customers, workers, suppliers, or leads.

Your uploaded information and content remain yours. You allow us to host, store, process, display, and transmit them as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services, as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the services or allow anyone else to do so. You may not:

  • break any law, regulation, or third-party right;
  • enter unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, or harmful content;
  • attempt to access accounts, systems, information, or networks without permission;
  • interfere with the stability, security, or performance of the services;
  • reverse engineer or extract source code unless the law expressly permits it;
  • use the services for spam, unlawful scraping, or unlawful marketing.

5. Payments, taxes, and third parties

Paid plans, paid features, appointment payments, and refunds may involve app stores, payment processors such as Stripe, or other providers. Their own terms, prices, processing times, and privacy policies may apply. Business tools are sold as a subscription, with a 14-day trial where offered. Customers use Tor without a paid plan.

You are responsible for charges and taxes that apply to your business, customers, or transactions unless the law requires Tor to collect, report, or remit them. Recurring App Store or Google Play charges continue until you cancel the subscription in that store, even if you stop using Tor or delete the account.

6. Ownership

The services, software, designs, interfaces, documentation, logos, and materials supplied by Tor belong to Tor or its licensors. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We may use feedback you send without restriction or payment, but we will not publicly identify you as its source without permission.

7. Availability, disclaimers, and liability

The services are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation, or that the services will suit every business need.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profits, information, reputation, revenue, or business opportunity. Tor's total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid to Tor for the services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end access when we reasonably believe these terms were breached, the services or other users are at risk, required charges were not paid, or the law requires it.

When use ends, the rights granted under these terms end. Provisions that by their nature should continue will remain in effect. You can delete your account as described on the Account deletion page.

9. General terms and contact

These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, the Accessibility Statement, the Account deletion page, and any additional terms shown in the services form the agreement between you and Tor. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to consumer and privacy rights that cannot be waived. Nothing here limits a right the law gives you.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@tor.co.il.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. If a change is material, we will post the revised terms here and take reasonable steps to notify users through the services.

Continued use after the update means you accept the revised terms, except where the law requires extra notice or consent. If you do not agree, stop using the services and delete the account.
