Booking, canceling, reminders, and refunds in Tor.
A booking is an appointment with a business on Tor. After it’s confirmed, it appears under Bookings, where you’ll see reminders and updates.
Cancel or reschedule an upcoming booking from its details. Whether cancellation is free depends on the business’s notice window; after that, late-cancellation rules or a fee may apply. To reschedule, choose an available time with the same service and staff member. You can also contact the business from the booking details.
About an hour before your booking, you get a push notification, and it also shows up in Activity. If WhatsApp for bookings is on, you may also get a WhatsApp reminder. Allow notifications for Tor in device settings, and choose what you receive under Settings > Notifications.
After your first completed appointment at a business, open its profile in Explore, tap Write review, choose a rating, and add a short note. The business can reply publicly.
Open Settings from your profile photo. The profile card shows your name, email, phone, and avatar. Use More to edit the fields available on your account.
In Settings, open More, then Edit profile. Your editable details appear above the settings list. Save applies your changes; Cancel leaves everything as it was.
