Payments
Online payments, Connect, payouts, and what customers can pay in the app.
Open Settings > Payments and connect your Stripe account to Tor. You’ll verify business and bank details with Stripe. When the account is ready, customers can pay deposits or balances online for bookings that allow it.
Payouts follow the schedule you set in Payments after Connect is active. Open payout settings to change frequency or review history. Bank details and payout rules are managed through Stripe.
If online payment is enabled for a booking, customers can pay by card in the app. You’ll see the payment status on the appointment. When available, use the appointment’s payment tools for refunds and adjustments.
Open Settings from your profile photo. The profile card shows your name, email, phone, and avatar. Use More to edit the fields available on your account.
In Settings, open More, then Edit profile. Your editable details appear above the settings list. Save applies your changes; Cancel leaves everything as it was.
Deleting an account is permanent. Profile, sign-in details, and personal data are erased and can’t be recovered. If you own a business, it’s removed from the app. Past appointments stay in the business history.
