Selling products and handling pickup orders.
Open Products in business settings, add an item with a name, price, and optional photo, then set its visibility. Customers see available products on your public profile when products are enabled.
Customers can reserve products for pickup when stock and pickup windows allow. You manage orders from the business tools and mark them ready, paid, or canceled. Inventory updates when an order reserves products or returns them to stock.
Open Settings from your profile photo. The profile card shows your name, email, phone, and avatar. Use More to edit the fields available on your account.
In Settings, open More, then Edit profile. Your editable details appear above the settings list. Save applies your changes; Cancel leaves everything as it was.
Deleting an account is permanent. Profile, sign-in details, and personal data are erased and can’t be recovered. If you own a business, it’s removed from the app. Past appointments stay in the business history.
A few habits go a long way:
- Use a strong password you don’t reuse on other apps or sites.
- Keep email and phone up to date so you can recover access if you’re locked out.
- Never share verification, sign-in, or recovery codes.
- Lock your device with a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or another screen lock.
