Login & security
How you sign in, and how to get back in if something stops working.
A few habits go a long way:
- Use a strong password you don’t reuse on other apps or sites.
- Keep email and phone up to date so you can recover access if you’re locked out.
- Never share verification, sign-in, or recovery codes.
- Lock your device with a passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, or another screen lock.
On the password screen, tap Forgot password. Tor sends a verification code, then you set and confirm a new password.
Open Settings from your profile photo. The profile card shows your name, email, phone, and avatar. Use More to edit the fields available on your account.
In Settings, open More, then Edit profile. Your editable details appear above the settings list. Save applies your changes; Cancel leaves everything as it was.
Deleting an account is permanent. Profile, sign-in details, and personal data are erased and can’t be recovered. If you own a business, it’s removed from the app. Past appointments stay in the business history.
A booking is an appointment with a business on Tor. After it’s confirmed, it appears under Bookings, where you’ll see reminders and updates.
Every appointment starts in Tor.
Download the app, find a service or set up your business, and get started.
